1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Chop pork into 1/2-inch cubes and toss with reserved rice mixture and cheese until well blended.
3. Spoon equal amounts (about 1 cup) down center of each tortilla and sprinkle with cilantro. Fold top and bottom edges of tortillas toward center, covering about ½ the filling. Fold in sides of tortilla, overlapping in center, to cover filling. Place burritos, seam-side down, in a 13x9x2-inch baking pan; cover and bake 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese has melted.
