1. Mix roast, carrots, onion, celery, soups, chicken stock and paprika together in oval-shaped 4- to 5-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on High 4 to 5 hours (Low: 8 to 10 hours).
2. Mix baking mix, sage and pepper together in bowl. Stir in milk until well blended.
3. Use spoon to stir and break apart pieces of pork in slow cooker.
4. Drop dough by teaspoons over top of pork mixture. Vent cover slightly and cook on High for 30 minutes until dough is cooked through.
