1. Combine sauerkraut and salsa in 2- to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker; cover and turn on high.
2. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high. Sear all sides of tenderloin. Add to slow cooker with sauerkraut and salsa.
3. Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 hours until internal temperature of tenderloin reaches 145˚F. Serve with your favorite rice.
