1. Combine tomatoes, olives and onions in a 3 ½- to 4-quart slow cooker. Stir in pork tenderloins, cover and cook on High for 4 hours (Low: 8 hours).
2. Meanwhile, cook gnocchi according to package directions; drain
3. Gently stir pork mixture, salt and pepper to taste. Reserve half the pork mixture for the “Tenderloin Stuffed Zucchini Boats” recipe.
4. Spoon remaining pork mixture over gnocchi and sprinkle with feta.
