1. Cook fresh pork roast according to package directions.
2. Shred cooked pork roast directly in your crockpot.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
4. Place naan onto prepared baking sheet.
5. Spread naan evenly with Dijon mustard, then layer on cheese, ham and pork.
6. Season with salt, to taste.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 5-10 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
8. Top with pickles, hot sauce and cilantro.
