1. Grill tenderloins until internal temperature reaches 145°F, turning occasionally (about 20 minutes).
2. Meanwhile, brush both sides of potato slices with oil; grill 15 to 20 minutes until just tender, turning occasionally. Remove potatoes and pork from grill.
3. Top half of the potatoes with cheese, sour cream and onions. Serve with 1 tenderloin cut into ¼ inch thick slices.
4. Reserve remaining tenderloin and half of the potatoes for the “Pork & Potato Main Salad” recipe.
