1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over Medium-High. Sauté pork about 8 minutes until browned.
2. Meanwhile, bring broth to a boil in a large pot over high heat; stir in pasta and remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Return to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 7 to 9 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
3. Remove from heat, stir in cooked pork, tomatoes, green onions and basil. Let stand 1 minute to heat pork. Spoon into bowls and top with mozzarella.
