1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain well.
2. Meanwhile, cut leftover pork tenderloin from the Easy Homestyle Pork and Browned Gravy recipe into thin strips; place into large skillet with the leftover gravy. Cook 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat until heated through.
3. Add drained noodles, sour cream, green onion and dill weed. Stir until well blended. Salt and pepper to taste.
