1. Heat oven to 450°F. Place squash on aluminum foil-lined baking sheet; drizzle evenly with oil and toss until well coated. Arrange in a single layer; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Place in oven for 7 minutes.
2. Cut pork into 1-inch thick slices (Note: Bacon will tend to fall off but make sure to keep it.) Lay pork slices on their side over squash; sprinkle with bacon pieces and pepper.
3. Bake 22 to 24 minutes until internal temperature of pork reaches 145°F to 160°F and squash is tender.
