1. Heat a large skillet over Medium-High, add peanuts and cook 2 minutes or until beginning to lightly brown, stirring frequently. Set aside on a plate.
2. Heat 2 teaspoons sesame oil in skillet over Medium-High heat, cook pork for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned and done. Return peanuts to skillet.
3. Cook rice in microwave according to package directions. When done, stir into the pork and peanuts along with cranberries, sugar, orange zest, pepper flakes and remaining 1 teaspoon oil. Cook 1 minute to heat through. Toss with green onions. Salt and pepper to taste.
