1. Place potatoes in large saucepan; pour in enough cold water to cover. Bring to boil; cook for 8 to 10 minutes or just until tender. Drain and let cool slightly.
2. Evenly thread ham, potatoes, red onion, red pepper and pineapple onto 8 large skewers.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high; grease grates well. Grill skewers, turning occasionally, for 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly grill-marked. Brush all over with barbecue sauce; grill for 2 to 4 minutes or until barbecue sauce starts to caramelize, ham is heated through and veggies are tender.
Tip: Serve skewers with a simple green salad for a complete meal.
