Brush one side of each slice of Texas toast with melted butter
Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in a 10” nonstick skillet or on a grill pan
Layer 2 slices of Brie cheese, 2 slices of tomato, 1 cup of honey-cured ham, 1 slice onion and 2 slices of Brie cheese; top with bread, butter side up
Cook over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes a side or until bread is lightly browned and cheese is melted
Cut in half; serve
