Israeli couscous

1/2 cup(s)
Dried cranberries, chopped
1/2 cup(s)
1/2 cup(s)
Almonds, toasted
1/2 cup(s)
1/4 cup(s)
Green onions, sliced
1/4 cup(s)
1/4 cup(s)
Italian dressing

Directions


  1. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil over medium-high heat.

  2. Add couscous, cover, simmer for 8–10 minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed.

  3. Transfer the couscous to a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled.

  4. In a large bowl, mix couscous, ham, dried cranberries, toasted almonds, green onions.

  5. Drizzle with Italian dressing; toss to coat.
