1. Mix together jerk sauce, brown sugar, apple juice, five spice powder and garlic salt. Cover ribs with jerk sauce mixture; cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours.
2. Heat oven to 275oF. Place ribs, meaty side up, on aluminum-foil-lined baking sheet. Roast 3 hours until tender.
3. Remove ribs from liquid and place under broiler for 5 to 10 minutes. Cut and serve; garnish with chopped green onions.
