Instructions:
1. Prepare waffles according to package directions and hold warm.
2. In nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook ham slices until warmed and lightly browned, about 30 seconds per side, and hold warm. In same skillet over medium heat, fry eggs until desired doneness and hold warm.
3. Lay out 4 waffles and top each with sliced cheese, ham and fried egg, topping with remaining waffles to finish. Serve warm with maple syrup for dipping, if desired.
Chef’s Tip:
Shake it up a bit and try spreading your favorite fruit jam on your sandwich for a change of pace!
