1. Heat oven to 375°F. Rub rack of pork with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on rack in shallow roasting pan with bones facing down. Roast for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until internal temperature reaches 150°F.
2. Meanwhile, whisk together remaining ingredients until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. During last 10 minutes of cooking, generously brush pork with glaze, reserving some for serving.
4. Remove pork from oven and let stand about 15 minutes. Brush more glaze on pork, then carve pork by cutting between ribs. Serve with remaining glaze.
