1. Cut pork into small pieces, mix in salt and pepper to season and 1 Tbsp. canola oil.
2. For the sauce, thin sesame seed paste with water; mix in hoisin, black vinegar, 2 Tbsp. soy sauce, sugar, bean sauce and chili oil to form a paste. Stir in Sichuan peppercorn powder.
3. In hot skillet, cook chopped pork in remaining 2 Tbsp. canola oil until done. Add 2 Tbsp. soy sauce and cook another 30 seconds.
4. Place cooked noodles in bowl. Add pork on top of noodles, top with Sauce, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
