1. Prepare grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. Grill single side of ham slices for 30-45 seconds or until warmed and nicely grill-marked. Grill onions for one minute or until slightly wilted and charred.
2. Place ham slices, grilled side down, and top with cream cheese and grilled onions. Roll ham around onions and cheese and secure with pick.
Roll into something new and try using grilled asparagus or strips of sweet peppers! Or add a little zip with a thin smear of Dijon mustard on your ham before rolling.
