1. Preheat oven to 425˚F. Place crackers on parchment-paper-lined baking sheet. Top each cracker with apple, folded turkey slice and quartered cheese slice.
2. Bake for about 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Garnish with chives.
• For entertaining, substitute Brie or Gruyère for Cheddar cheese.
• Top cracker melts with a teaspoon of your favorite preserve. Try cranberry sauce, red pepper jelly or strawberry jam.
