Ingredients

Ground pork
1 lb.

Medium onion, chopped
1 whole
8 oz.
Tomatoes (pasta ready)
8 oz.
8 oz.
Tomato sauce
8 oz.
1 whole
Small yellow squash OR zucchini sliced into half moons
1 whole
1 1/2 cup(s)
Penne pasta OR other small pasta shape, not cooked
1 1/2 cup(s)

Directions


  1. Heat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and onion; cook and stir until evenly browned. Stir in tomatoes and tomato sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook for 5 minutes. Stir in squash and pasta. Cook for 2-5 minutes or until heated through.
