- Heat oven to 350 degrees and spray a nonstick sheet pan with cooking spray.
- Mix biscuit mix, Cheddar cheese and seasonings to combine. Crumble in raw Smithfield Fresh Sausage Roll and work the mixture with your hands until combined.
- Form mixture into equal-sized balls (using a portion scoop if necessary) and place on a sheet tray. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve with homemade ranch, sriracha mayo or jam for a sweet/savory combo.
TIP: Make a batch to freeze! Simply roll balls and place in a ziplock bag; no need to thaw prior to cooking.
