1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Divide dough into 4 pieces and stretch onto parchment paper or pizza stone. Bake until dough is lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
2. Sprinkle dough with 1/4 of cheese and meat choice. Make a small well with the cheese and gently crack an egg on top of the pizza.
3. Return to oven and bake for about 15 minutes, until egg is cooked and cheese is melted.
TIP: Pizza dough can be precooked ahead and refrigerated until needed. Amounts given for meats make 4 pizzas each.
