1. Preheat oven to 375˚F. Heat oil in skillet set over medium heat; cook sausage, breaking up with wooden spoon, for 5 to 8 minutes or until sausage is golden. Transfer to paper-towel-lined plate. Let cool completely.
2. Meanwhile, whisk together eggs, 1 tbsp. water, and salt and pepper. Melt butter in skillet set over medium heat; pour in egg mixture. Cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 5 minutes or until eggs are set and soft curds have formed. Let cool completely.
3. On work surface, unroll dough sheet. Sprinkle sausage, Cheddar cheese and scrambled eggs evenly over top. Roll into log, pinching edges together to seal.
4. Transfer log to parchment-paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. To serve, slice into 12 rolls.
Tip: Alternatively, use refrigerator crescent rolls. Firmly press perforations together to seal to form one sheet of dough.
