1. Pan fry diced ham in small skillet for about one minute.
2. Add green onions, chopped green pepper and eggs. Scramble together until the eggs are thoroughly cooked — another 3 minutes or so.
3. Warm tortillas in whatever way you choose. (Dry in a skillet about 1–2 minutes each side or microwave.)
4. Divide the egg mixture into the middle of the 2 tortillas and top with shredded cheddar cheese and salsa.
