- 8 oz. Smithfield Sausage, cooked and crumbled,
- 1 tbsp. butter or margarine,
- 8 eggs,
- 1 tbsp. milk,
- 1/8 tsp. salt,
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper,
- Melt butter or margarine in skillet. Beat eggs in medium bowl until blended; stir in milk, salt and black pepper.
- Pour egg mixture into skillet. Cook and stir until eggs are partially set.
- Stir in cooked and crumbled sausage. Continue to cook and stir until eggs are just set, but not dry.
