- Preheat broiler. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat; pour in egg mixture. Cook, stirring frequently, for 5 to 8 minutes or until eggs are set and soft curds have formed.
- Spoon pizza sauce over each bagel half. Top with scrambled eggs, cheese, bacon and ham. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
- Make-ahead: Assemble pizza bagels, then refrigerate overnight. The next morning, broil for a few minutes.
TIP: Substitute English muffins for bagels if desired.
