1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Separate strips of bacon and lay out flat in single layer on lightly sprayed, foil-lined rimmed baking pan, lightly stretching each strip by an inch or two. Bake for 7-9 minutes or until bacon begins to curl slightly and fat begins to render. Remove bacon from pan with spatula while warm, draining on paper towels.
2. Reduce oven temperature to 350℉. Open can of cinnamon rolls, separating dough into rolls and reserving icing. Carefully unroll each cinnamon roll into strips and lay out horizontally. Lay partially cooked bacon strips on top edge of dough strips, placing bacon so that half is on the dough and half above dough, and roll back up into original shape.
3. Microwave icing for 30 seconds in microwave-safe container to warm to pourable consistency. Place rolls into greased round or square baking dish and bake for 25-29 minutes or until rolls are golden brown and bacon edges are crisped. Top rolls immediately with icing and serve warm for best flavor!
