- Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease a 9x13 baking dish and set aside. Cut croissant dough into equal-sized pieces and toss with melted butter, garlic salt and pepper.
- Layer bottom of dish with cooked Smithfield Sausage Roll, sprinkle with half of the cheese, pour eggs over the top, add croissant dough pieces and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, depending on oven and pan, until the croissant dough is cooked and eggs are set. Cover halfway through with tinfoil if croissants are turning brown too quickly.
- Allow croissant bake to cool slightly; slice and serve.
TIP: Can be made the day before, refrigerated and baked the next day
