6 slices cheese
8 eggs, scrambled

Instructions:
Heat 12” nonstick skillet on medium and add Smithfield Sausage Patties; cook until golden and pork is cooked through. Remove from heat & set aside. While sausage is cooking, bake store-bought biscuits according to package. Cool and set aside.
Crack eggs into a bowl and scramble until yolks and whites are combined, season with salt and pepper. Heat 12” nonstick skillet and coat with cooking spray. Cook eggs as one large patty and cut into squares once done OR scramble eggs into a large curd and remove from heat.
Assemble sandwiches with a biscuit on the bottom, followed by cheese, sausage patty and scrambled eggs.
