Chipotle ranch dressing (any brand)

Cooked Smithfield Hometown Original Bacon, crumbled

Avocado, sliced

Baby spinach
1 cup(s)

Directions


  1. Heat large skillet and cook eggs over medium-low heat until cooked through; season with salt and pepper.

  2. In another skillet, heat flour tortillas (in dry pan 1 –2 minutes per side) Remove from heat.

  3. Divide spinach on top of each tortilla. Layer with scrambled egg and avocado slices. Add crumbled bacon and top with chipotle ranch dressing.
