1. Preheat oven to 425˚F. Spread mustard evenly over bottom half of each bagel. Spread apple butter evenly over each bagel top.
2. Add sausage patty, 2 apple rounds and Cheddar cheese slice to bottom half of each bagel, then cap with top halves of bagels. Place on small parchment-paper–lined baking sheet.
3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until bagels are toasted and cheese is melted.
