Skillet Meals. Dinner, simpler.
Knowing that dinner will come together in a single pan makes the job seem much more do-able. Things are always easier with less. Only one place to focus, one dish to dirty up, and one pan to serve an entire meal. It's simplified. It's practical. It's knowing you'll only have to toss stuff in and stir things around. It makes cleaning up a quick affair. It makes your family full. It makes you happy. That is exactly why I love skillet meals!
Here are some ideas for skillet meals that I would make for dinner at our house:
- Stir-fry of any kind, we love this Ginger Lime Stir Fry
- Spinach, Bacon, and Mozzarella Omelets
- Skillet Chicken Parmesan
- Stroganoff
- Pan Roasted Chicken with veggies
- Onion, Ham, and Cheese Frittata
- Any kind of pasta dish
Or, the recipe that I'm going to share today.. skillet spaghetti. Make your classic spaghetti more exciting tonight... use a cast iron skillet!
