Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps
The meals of summer are so distinct from any other time of year. So fresh, juicy, and full of crunch! mmm. (With plenty of cold fruit on the side, please.) Lighter foods seem fitting on these sunny days, especially during the heat of the day. So, if you haven’t already discovered how effortlessly perfect a wrap can be for a quick summer lunch, allow me to introduce a favorite of mine.
The name says it all: these wraps combine classic BLT flavors with grilled chicken and cheddar cheese. An unbeatable blend that will make you wonder why we didn’t put them together from the start. I love that this meal is hearty without being heavy, but most of all, I love its simplicity. The nice thing about any wrap is that you can just throw it together, as many as you need, and customize to your heart’s desire. You could spice up this wrap with freshly sliced tomatoes, green onion, avocado, grilled bell peppers, or caesar dressing would be delish, too!
P.S. We love to serve this to our campers because it’s a quick, kid-friendly meal. (bonus!)

Summer these look delicious! Perfect for a summer day.
I have everything I need for this for dinner tonight! Summer you are just the best!
this looks delicious, so light and hearty. a combo that doesn’t come along often! i never think of the wrap, but will from now on. thank you for the recipe and the inspiring photo.
p.s. i love the mason jar glass. so cute.
I’m not sure what looks better - the wrap, the melon, or that icy cold jar full of water. I love drinking out of mason jars & my sister thinks I’m weird for doing it.
I just grilled a bunch of chicken breasts. Forget lunch--these will be dinner tomorrow night! (It’s still mighty hot that time of day in TX). Emily says the picture is great!
mmm. this looks incredible. still, i’ve never thought of it before! i like that you said it’s hearty AND light. when does that combo ever come about?! thanks for the recipe and inspiring photo.
p.s. i love the idea of drinking from a sweet jar.
