2. Arrange the runner down the center of the table.
3. Place the cactus plants in the glass-lined black metal lanterns.
4. Place battery-operated votives in the paper globe lanterns.
5. Arrange the lanterns on the table.
6. At each place setting, top the plate with a folded bandana to use as a napkin, and place a paper lantern on the napkin.
